Today in Kids' Church, I was teaching about the Holy Spirit and how He is our Counselor. I was going around the room and giving a situation to each child, such as, "What should you do if you are worried?" and they would answer, "Rely on the Holy Spirit." When I got to Timothy, I asked him, "What would you do if you had to make a hard decision and you didn't know what to do?" He answered, "Lie to the Holy Spirit."
At that point I realized we
needed to discuss what the word "rely" meant!
