October 15, 2004--Inspection

I ate too much sugar today. The Taco Bell I work at recently had an important inspection and we scored a perfect 100, and as a reward they sent us a whole huge basket full of junk food for the crew. Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies, maple leaf cookies, chips and dip, pretzels, carmel kisses, toffees, Oreos, nutter butters, etc. etc. etc. I'm not sure, but I think the store manager and I ate the entire box of maple leaf cookies by ourselves. There were only four of us there today, and one girl didn't like them and the guy that was there just recently broke some of his teeth and so he steered clear of the junk food.
I'm supposed to make supper, but eating does not appeal to me right now. When Erick brought over the baby on my break, I slipped him a kiss and told him about the bounty of junk I was feasting upon. He was rather jealous and asked me to stop at the store and bring home some junk for everyone else. So I brought home two packages of Oreos (one the mint creme kind and the other the inside out kind) and the kids have been stuffing themselves with them. So no one is really asking for dinner anyway. Ugh. It's a good thing I don't do this every day. I'd be about the size of a blimp.
