April 11, 2008--Another Timothy story

I've got to tell another story on Timothy. That boy's so much fun these days.

Tonight we're having a birthday party for Joy, with a luau theme. The girls are working on making fruit kabobs for the party. I told them to sprinkle the kabobs with lemon juice to keep them from browning before the party.

They put some lemon juice in the bowl, and used that, but there was some left in the bowl. Timothy was standing on a chair by the table, spooning out the lemon juice and sipping it off the spoon. It was so funny watching the expression on his face. He'd shudder, and pucker up his lips, and spit it back into the bowl, and then say, "MMmmmm! I love this!" and then he'd hop down off the chair. Two seconds later he'd hop back up into the chair, say, "I like a little bit of lemon juice" and take another spoonful." He did this about five times in a row before he decided he'd had enough of it. He's such a riot.
