I still have a lot of work to get done, though, so I'm still staying away from forums for the most part. We'll have more showings until thier loan is approved in case it falls through. Then when it's approved, we'll have inspections, so we need to get the rest of the work done on it. Erick has about half of the siding job he's been doing done, and four weeks and six days until graduation. The realtor said the inspections would probably be in about a month and a half, so we've got a little bit of breathing room to get it all done this time. Our closing date is scheduled for the 26th of May. We had been planning on moving on the 29th, so it will work out really nice. We decided to go back to Indiana after graduation after all, and look at some houses. By then we should know if this deal will work, and can put an offer on a house up there. There were some houses we looked at last night on the internet that we could get for only a $20,000 mortgage with the down payment we will be able to put on it!
Another thing that's happened recently is that K-Mac (the company that owns the Taco Bell I work for) bought a bunch of stores in Indiana, so I can transfer to any of the stores that are close to the city we're moving to and not lose my vacation time or pay rate or profit sharing (if I wanted to work there until I was sixty!) So I'm just going to do that, and then Erick can look for a job when we get there. It will be helpful in getting a loan on a new house if I have a job already that I've been at for four years instead of just starting out, too. I've got the addresses of all the Taco Bells in the area. When we decide where we're moving, I'll put them in to MapQuest and find which one has the shortest driving distance and pick that one to transfer to.

Well, I'd better go. I've got things to do!
